Friendship Ambassadors are volunteers who want to learn more about the world and are eager to welcome international visitors to Fort Worth.
Friendship Ambassadors are volunteers who are new to Sister Cities and want to get involved and learn more about the world. They give our international visitors a unique glimpse of Fort Worth by escorting them to The Stockyards, our world class museums, entertainment venues and great restaurants.
A Friendship Ambassador could be a greeter at the airport or a driver during day tours. They may volunteer to host a visitor for dinner or open their home to show them true Texas hospitality by living with a Fort Worth family. Friendship Ambassadors can simply provide translation services for many of our guests who do not speak English.
