Join the celebration October 17th when the mayors of Guiyang and Fort Worth sign the official sister cities agreement followed that evening by a celebration dinner at Billy Bob’s Texas with an introduction of Comanche dance and heritage by Ben Tahmahkera, great-great-grandson of Comanche Chief Quanah Parker.
