The Emerging Leaders Network, informally known as the NET, is comprised of alumni from Sister Cities programs, university students and young professionals, ages 18 to 39, with an interest in all things international.

The mission of the NET is to inspire relationship building and cultural understanding by actively engaging the next generation of decision-makers in government, business, service, education, and social and networking activities that develop international connections throughout the year.

NET members bring a diverse set of skills to the table and are called upon in wide variety of dynamic situations to support and promote the many programs available through Sister Cities – including local and international internships, the Associate Delegation Leader program and local events designed to educate the community about the value of building friendships and understanding cultural differences.
