Lunar New Year: Bao Making Class

February 5 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Get the Lunar New Year off to a tasty start with a classic Chinese street food, 包子 - "baozi or the bao bun. In collaboration with Hao & Dixya, we are welcoming the Year of the Tiger with a virtual "baozi" making class. Registration for the live demonstration is $25 and includes instructions and a recipe packet. An optional ingredient kit is available for an additional $30 and includes ingredients to make 12-16 bao. Young Artists & Authors Showcase

Through the Young Artists and Authors Showcase students ages 13-18 have an opportunity to submit their art in six categories and receive cash prizes, as well as international recognition. Fort Worth Sister Cities International is holding the local Young Artists and Authors Showcase to choose student pieces to be submitted to the worldwide competition. Japanese Children’s Day
