Chinese Dumpling Virtual Cooking Demo
In collaboration with Hao & Dixya, we are celebrating the Lunar New Year, Year of the Ox, and making jiaozi (Chinese dumplings). It is a virtual, live, and interactive class where we will make jiaozi with pork (vegetarian option) and chili oil. The registration includes a live demonstration with instructions, a recipe packet, and ingredients to make 4-5 dozen dumplings.

Young Artists & Authors Showcase
Through the Young Artists and Authors Showcase students ages 13-18 have an opportunity to submit their art in six categories and receive cash prizes, as well as international recognition.
