Join Fort Worth Sister Cities International’s Toluca Committee and the Tarrant Area Food Bank for a special celebration of Mexican Independence Day featuring food, culture, and community.
Guests will enjoy a tour of the Tarrant Area Food Bank followed by a cooking demonstration (Sid Richardson room) from Chefs Carol Ann Kroehler and Graciela Todd, who will prepare Chiles en Nogada, Mexico’s national dish and a traditional favorite associated with Mexican Independence Day.
Cost: $20 per person (admission includes an appetizer-sized tasting and a recipe card)
