Join us to hear from Dr. Carrie Liu Currier, Associate Professor and Chair of the Political Science Department at Texas Christian University, for an expert's perspective on politics in China.

In collaboration with Hao & Dixya, we are celebrating the Lunar New Year, Year of the Ox, and making jiaozi (Chinese dumplings). It is a virtual, live, and interactive class where we will make jiaozi with pork (vegetarian option) and chili oil. The registration includes a live demonstration with instructions, a recipe packet, and ingredients to make 4-5 dozen dumplings.
